Refund Policy

NYUS offers a 30-day free trial. Here's how refunds work if you buy a plan.

In short: NYUS starts with a 30-day free trial. Paid plans are one-time payments through Razorpay that never renew automatically. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

1. Free trial, then a paid plan

NYUS starts with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the AI coaching features need a paid plan: Active ₹499 for 1 month, Core ₹1,299 for 3 months or Elite ₹2,499 for 6 months. The price is shown in the app before you pay.

2. Refunds on paid plans

You may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase, provided it's your first refund request and you haven't violated our Terms.

3. How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Razorpay, not by Google Play, so refunds come from us: an approved refund goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank) through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days. (An iOS version is coming soon; any App Store purchase will follow Apple's policy.)

Plans don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges: a plan simply ends on its end date, and you keep access until then. Partial-period refunds aren't issued unless required by law.
