Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your NYUS account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

• Account, profile, body stats, photos.
• All logged meals, workouts, weights, and measurements.
• AI coach chat history and message logs.
• Friends, partner groups, and leaderboard entries.
• Push tokens and notification preferences.

What will be retained

• Payment receipts and transaction records (legal/tax obligations, up to 7 years).
• Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics (no PII).
• Operational backups, purged within 90 days.

Health Connect data is not stored on our servers after sync; it remains on your device under Health Connect's own controls. Revoke NYUS access from Health Connect settings to stop further syncing.
